Experience the diversity of the Arenenberg

At Arenenberg, the unique combination of aristocratic history and agriculture can now be experienced in an innovative way. With the new interactive tour "Emperors, cows and culture", visitors can see, hear and playfully discover the four pillars of Arenenberg - culture, education, agriculture and tourism. The well-known SRF presenter Annette Fetscherin guides you through the audio reports as a friendly travel companion.

Arenenberg in Thurgau is a place of contrasts: Here, the glorious history of Queen Hortense and Emperor Napoleon III meets a modern agricultural and educational enterprise. The "Emperor, cows and culture" adventure trail was developed to make this fascinating diversity accessible and understandable to a wide audience. It answers questions such as: How did the Arenenberg become the place it is today? What are the principles of innovative plant cultivation? And how did the royal family actually live on the Arenenberg?

Five stations full of discoveries
The trail takes guests young and old to five key locations on the extensive grounds. At each station, visitors are immersed in a different world through short films, audio reports and interactive games.
