July 9, 2025 - Experience cinema in a completely different way - on the water, under the stars. A unique summer highlight awaits you! Take a seat on a stand-up paddleboard or in a kayak and enjoy a movie in the open air while gently rocking on the waves.
In collaboration with the Roxy cinema, PADL Bodensee is creating a very special and unforgettable cinema experience on August 15, 2025 : instead of sitting in a conventional cinema auditorium, movie fans will sit on their SUP or in a kayak and enjoy the magic of cinema in the open air - surrounded by water, nature and the setting sun. If you like, you can bring your own seating and snacks. Depending on the water level, you can also make yourself comfortable with camping chairs or deckchairs directly on the shore and enjoy the unique atmosphere to the full.
The moving documentary "Home is the Ocean" will be shown, a movie that goes straight to the heart - in keeping with the element of water. The movie starts at 20:15.
In case of bad weather, the SUP movie will be postponed to Saturday, August 16.
