From juicy apples to apple rings
Together with your group, explore the path from the crunchy, juicy apple to the peeled, cut apple slice and the semi-finished dried ringli to the freshly finished Öpfelringli. Depending on the season, it can also be plums, pears, strawberries or other fine fruits that are being dried. Whenever possible, the two-hour guided tours, including aperitifs, are conducted by the owner Roland Kauderer himself.
