The ensemble "Fröhlich z'muet!" offers a cheerful mix of classical folk music with traditional Thurgau elements and entertaining interludes.
"Swiss and first classics "
The ensemble "Fröhlich z'muet!" has made a name for itself in Oberthurgau and beyond for its cheeky and cheerful mix of classical and folk music that has something for everyone - and entertains. The group knows how to put together an entertaining cocktail of the popular and the new, and serve it up skillfully with a wink.
The Thurgau song, the Swiss psalm and yodeling are just as much a part of the program as the traditional "organ thunderstorm", alphorn sounds, flag waving and classical melodies: in short, a cheerful summer evening with music, ending after the concert with the traditional "Brodworschd-Apero"!
Ensemble "Fröhlich z'muet": Ruth Felix | Thomas and Ernst Gmünder Karl Svec | Fabio Signer | Oliver Büchi | Johannes Schubert | Walter Müggler | Hanspeter Schmid | Thomas Haubrich
