Fire & Delight – The Sizzling Group Experience
An enjoyable evening at the Grillstübli featuring select meat specialties. From October 2026 through March 2027, the charcoal grill will be fired up in an exclusive setting for groups of up to 25 people. The head chef will share insights on the proper preparation of meat, assist at the grill, or take charge of the cooking.
The meal begins with a generous selection of appetizers served family-style. These delicacies, shared among guests and arranged in the center of the table, set a convivial tone for the evening.
There are various grilled options to choose from:
"CLASSIC" features specialties such as marinated spare ribs and pork and veal sausages, served with grilled vegetables and complementary side dishes.
"PREMIUM" features specialties such as ribeye, veal loin, and beef tenderloin, served with grilled vegetables and complementary side dishes.
Wines from our selection, including rare finds and magnum bottles, round out the culinary experience.
