Forster viticulture
Above the rooftops of Weinfelden, the 5th generation family of winegrowers lives surrounded by their vines and enjoys being close to nature, which is of central importance in their daily work and in the production of their wines.
Forster Weinbau has been proudly producing its own wines for two generations. This means that the family produces its wines itself, from planting the vines to bottling. This gives them a degree of freedom that allows for creativity and personality, a very important part of winemaking and a matter close to their hearts. Knowledge and innovation have brought Eastern Swiss viticulture a long way in recent years, while experience and tradition are its roots. Maintaining a balance between these values is another goal that Forster Weinbau pursues.
