The ice season at the Frauenfeld artificial ice rink starts in the fall from mid-October. Both ice skaters and field hockey fans are invited to take to the ice. One part of the ice rink is reserved for free skating and another for fun field hockey. Children up to the age of six are free and skates can be hired at a reasonable price. The self-service restaurant with a view of the ice rink offers refreshments between rounds on the rink. During the summer season, the rink can be hired for events.
