Restaurant Mühli
Matzingen's landmark can be seen from afar. In the Thurgau municipality, near Frauenfeld, the green silo of the Matzingen mill stands as a witness to times gone by. The mill no longer grinds, the mill lives. With this principle in mind, a modern restaurant was created in the Matzingen mill in 1998.
The kitchen offers seasonal dishes and meat specialties from the hotel's own Schnuckenhof. Heidschnucken, Dexter cattle and Pinzgauer cattle as well as llamas are bred on the farm, which are processed into specialties at the Mühli. The Mühli restaurant offers a wide range of menus for banquets.
The restaurant is fully wheelchair-accessible and has disabled WC facilities. There are plenty of parking spaces available. The restaurant is also very child-friendly with a nice playground, toys and children's menus. When the weather is fine, the wonderful garden terrace is an inviting place to sit.
