The Christmas event is designed for small teams and groups and combines a group dinner with a guided beer tasting.
After a light appetizer and salad, fondue chinoise with four different kinds of meat, vegetables, rice, and chips will be served. The meal concludes with dessert. A beer sommelier will guide you through the evening, introduce four different beer styles, and share interesting facts about beer.
The event begins at 7:00 p.m. and lasts until approximately 10:30 p.m. The cost is CHF 80 per person. The price includes a light appetizer, salad, fondue chinoise with sides, dessert, water, and a guided tasting of four different beers.
