Viticulture Markus Held
In 1996, Markus Held became the third generation to take over his parents' vineyard on the Ottenberg. The family cultivates the one-hectare vineyard with passion, using methods that respect plants and nature.
During a hike on the wine trail or a walk, it is worth stopping at the wine fridge and coffee corner in Boltshausen. Wines can be purchased by the bottle or glass at the wine fridge. Coffee is also available for self-service. Seating for up to 12 people is available.
