Wimmelweg Amriswil
The Wimmelweg in Amriswil invites families on an imaginative journey of discovery that blends city life with nature. Starting at the market square, this approximately 2-kilometer-long adventure trail winds its way along a babbling brook out into the countryside. Lovingly designed Wimmel figures, hidden details, and interactive activity boards provide opportunities for play, exercise, and shared experiences along the way.
The route passes the picnic area at Palmsteg, runs along the old Hellmühle mill, and circles the idyllic Hellmühleweiher pond. Amid fields, nature trails, and peaceful spots, new vistas and little surprises keep emerging, inviting you to marvel and explore.
Note: Unfortunately, the Wimmelweg in Amriswil is currently closed to the public because it has been damaged by vandalism. (As of June 12, 2026)
