March 5, 2026 – On August 22, 2026, "Hike & Taste – the Thurgau gourmet hike" will take place for the first time in Weinfelden. The new format is aimed at an active audience of connoisseurs who want to combine exercise with regional cuisine – across generations and in an uncomplicated way.
The approximately 12-kilometer route leads through the vineyards. Five refreshment stops along the way invite you to taste and linger. Local winegrowers and restaurateurs serve distinctive wines and matching specialties—authentic and directly from the producer.

Departures are between 9:00 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. at 15-minute intervals. The meeting point is at Bankplatz in Weinfelden. Space is limited to 450 people.
The gourmet hike is also available as a gift certificate. A wonderful idea for anyone who prefers to give the gift of shared experiences rather than material things.
