Waldschenke, Bischofszell

The Waldschenke is a self-service restaurant; guests can purchase drinks, snacks, and charcoal-grilled specialties at the kiosk. The idyllic location on the edge of the forest above Bischofszell is exceptionally beautiful. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by a wonderful panoramic view stretching from Säntis to the Glarus Alps. A short detour will take you to the Waldschenke on the Mostindien Tour.

Mausacker, Steinebrunn

Organic farmer Hans Oppikofer has 500 fruit trees on his farm and harvests around 80,000 kilograms of apples and pears every year. He uses them to make his own juice, which he then processes into cider, verjus, and vinegar. Some of it ends up in glasses and on plates at his wine tavern. Madame Bluescht particularly enjoys stopping here on her gourmet bike tour or the Beeriweg trail – in the beautiful garden surrounded by hundreds of fruit trees.

The name alone reveals that this stylish restaurant is entirely dedicated to the theme of sailing. Lovingly crafted details invite you on a journey of discovery aboard the nautically designed interior. Linden tree, Roggwil

The Linde restaurant mainly uses local produce in its cooking. The asparagus is grown in the same village, the eggs come from happy Roggwil chickens, and the pasta is made fresh on site. The beer is sourced from the huus-braui next door, whose garden bar is the perfect place for an after-work drink outdoors. Tip from Madame Bluescht: The "Bier und so" event takes place twice a year. A matching beer is served with each of the seven courses. The Seelust country inn in Egnach is nestled among fruit trees and just a stone's throw from Lake Constance and the Wiedehorn seaside resort. The Seelust kitchen team uses only regional products.
