A radiant autumn day full of moments of pleasure and regional brewing treasures: The journey along the Beer Route from Roggwil to Rorschach promises true taste sensations. Three friends embarked on an adventurous journey from brewery to brewery - here is their refreshing report.

Setting off on a beer adventure

Sharon and her friends set off on one of those perfect fall days when the sun sent golden rays across the gentle Thurgau landscape. Their mission: to explore the Beer Route and put the regional art of brewing to the test. The first destination? The Huus Braui in Roggwil, where the aroma of fresh beer and warm pretzels awaited them.

Beer enjoyment and brewing secrets

Gold, dark and the surprisingly tangy "Salt & Lime" - the beers are delicious. Then came the surprise: a spontaneous tour of the cellar, during which they suddenly found themselves in the middle of the world of brewing. An insight that did more than just quench their thirst.

Arbon: The next pleasure stop

We continued on to Arbon for our next stop at the Art of optic. There we had an IPA from Bögli Bräu to take away. Ideal for tackling the next stage well fortified or to enjoy in a relaxed manner. But the Bierstrasse had another surprise in store: a small souvenir on top. But shhh! Of course, we won't reveal what it is here...

One place, many tastes

After a short train ride to Rorschach and a walk to the Kornhausbräu, you can quickly enter a new world of enjoyment. A tasting set with dark beers and honey-sweet varieties awaits here. The intense aromas are a real treat and harmonize perfectly with a fine snack.

Last stop

The tour ended in the Löwengarten. A pint of Löwengarten beer and a portion of olives - the perfect end to a day that was not only characterized by beer, but also by new impressions. By the way: If you still have a craving, you can enjoy a delicious dinner there. Beer, culture and enjoyment are clearly combined on the Beer Route.
