Thur River Trail

On this section of the Thurweg, the route leads from Weinfelden along the Thur through emerald-green forests, tranquil river landscapes, and idyllic natural surroundings. Time and again, beautiful views open up onto the river that gave the canton of Thurgau its name. In the spring, vast fields of wild garlic transform the forest floor into a fragrant sea of flowers.
